Upcoming Gig!

The Saturday I will be singing with Hiding Giants at their Christmas gig at The Water Rats in London. Details found on our Facebook page here. We will be playing at 8:45pm and there will be a couple of other bands playing so will be a great way to do some serious Christmas socialising.

We have some reduced price tickets (£6) so if you need/want some then holla!

Tunes 4 Change

I sing with the London Youth Gospel Choir and recently we were invitied to record a song (along with various other singing groups) for a compilation charity CD and perform at the Tunes 4 Change benefit gig last week.

All our efforts can now be heard on iTunes and the money raised will go towards Health Poverty Action’s maternal health programmes in Sierra Leone.

The band wot I sing backing vocals in will be releasing a 7″ single on December 5th 2011 and we will be holding a launch party for this at The Wheelbarrow in Camden. You can read all about it on our Facebook page and put you name down if you can make it! There are plans to perform a super secret, super exclusive cover song which we can’t tell you about… yet!

What’s Going On?

Hallo. This is the site where I will record my random musical activities in my quest to go from corporate hippy to some kind of artist!

An Irish girl living in London. Usually found in London’s theatres and rehearsal spaces. I’ve done some acting, singing, dancing, been in choirs and recently became a backing singer and living out the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle… every once in a while.

Trying to teach myself to play the guitar. I sound dreadful at the moment!
